GENERAL

Location
REBiRTH Festival takes place on the festival grounds at the Antwerpsebaan in Helvoirt, located between Tilburg and Den Bosch in the Netherlands. From the highway (N65) you will be guided to the festival location with signs. Check HERE for all information on travelling to REBiRTH Festival.

The REBiRTH Residence Campsite is located right next to the REBiRTH Festival grounds. Check out the floorplan in our official app by Appic.

Times
The REBiRTH Residence Campsite opens on Friday, 11 April 2025 at 09:00. The REBiRTH Festival weekend comes to an end on Monday, 14 April at 12:00, when the campsite closes.

Please note: You can only enter and exit the campsite during the official check-in and check-out times:

Friday 11 April 2025 // 09:00 – 23:00
Saturday 12 April 2025 // 09:00 – 20:00
Sunday 13 April 2025 // 09:00 – 17:00

Leaving the campsite outside of these hours is only allowed if you are bringing all your camping gear with you. In that case, your wristband will be cut off, and you will no longer be able to return to the campsite or festival grounds.

Minimum Age
The minimum entry age has been set at 18. Legitimation in the form of a valid ID card, passport or driver’s license is required. You must be 18 years or older on the day of the event, no exceptions will be made.

Weather Forecast
It looks like we’re in for a beautiful weekend! However, do keep in mind that temperatures tend to drop at night, so make sure you come prepared!

Accommodations

Camping Shop

Food & Drinks
Naturally, you can bring your own food and drinks but be careful! You may bring a maximum of 3 liters non-alcholic or low-alcohol drinks (less than 15%) per person. Everything must be in sealed plastic bottles and/or cans. Glass bottles and spirits are not allowed. This will be checked at the entrance. Please note that taken drinks will not be returned or refunded!

This is only possible when you arrive at the campsite for the first time; once you have received your wristband, you cannot bring in drinks again.

PIN ONLY
At the campsite, tokens can only be purchased using a debit or credit card. On the festival grounds, you can pay with both card and cash.

TICKETS

Tickets and personalisation
You have not yet received tickets for REBiRTH Festival in your mailbox. You will receive these tickets on Tuesday, April 8th from 23:59 hours onwards, as long as they are personalised at that time. If you have not personalised your tickets, they will not be sent. You can personalise your tickets until Sunday April 13th – 21:00 hours.

INFORMATION REBiRTH FESTIVAL

Eco Token
At REBiRTH Festival, we use an Eco Token system. Upon entry, you’ll receive one Eco Token, which you hand in when getting your first drink in exchange for a cup or bottle. When ordering your next drink, simply return your used cup or bottle. If you don’t have one to return, you’ll be charged 0.5 tokens.

Timetable
Time to start planning! Check out HERE when your favourite artists are performing. You can create your own personalised timetable in the official festival app via Appic.

Signing Sessions
Meet your favourite artists at REBiRTH Festival! Signing sessions will take place near the official merchandise stand.

Payment Methods & Coins
Food and drinks are paid for using coins, which can be purchased at the cash desks. You can pay by card or in cash. Want to start partying right away? Buy your coins in advance HERE (available until Monday, 7 April).

Already bought your coins online? Exchange your ticket for coins at one of the designated cash desks on the festival grounds. Please note: this cannot be done at the campsite.

Lockers
Book your locker in advance to guarantee yourself a locker! You can book a locker for the festival HERE and for the campsite HERE. Lockers will also be available for purchase on-site and are accessible at all times. Please note: on-site lockers can only be booked via a QR code.

A medium locker measures 29 cm wide, 21 cm high, and 40 cm deep.
A large locker measures 29 cm wide, 32 cm high, and 40 cm deep.

Smoking / Cigarettes
Smoking is prohibited inside all tents, and security will strictly enforce this rule. The use of e-cigarettes/vapes is also banned in the tents. Cigarettes are not available for purchase on the festival grounds, and bringing e-cigarette refills is not allowed.

First Aid
Not feeling well? Then go to first aid, they can help you. If you think someone has taken too many drugs/alcohol, consult someone from security or first aid.

REBiRTH Festival = Zero Tolerance
REBiRTH Events conforms to the government’s zero-tolerance policy. ‘Zero tolerance’ means that no soft and/or hard drugs of any kind are allowed. Any drugs found will be confiscated and, if offences are found, arrest and exclusion from the festival for one or more years will follow.

Celebrate Safe
At REBiRTH Festival , we party safely. If you have questions about alcohol or other drug use, feel free to talk to someone from Unity (partner of Celebrate Safe). Unity is a volunteer project in the Dutch party scene. Their volunteers are ready to help you at the Unity stand and gladly give you advice on alcohol and other drugs in an objective and open-minded way. Feeling unwell? Or does someone else feel unwell? Don’t hesitate and go to our first aid or security. Take care of yourself and each other!

Are you okay?
Unwanted sexual behaviour is not okay. If you think someone is being harassed, ask: ‘Are you okay?’ This way, we look out for each other and everyone has a great festival day! If you’re not feeling okay, go to the EHBO or the nearest security guard.

Earplugs
Earplugs are available at the merchandise stand at the festival. Remember to give your ears a rest from time to time too and don’t stand in the loudness for too long. For more information, visit https://ilovemyears.nl/.
